Use i-Send to can scan in colour originals and send them multiply
to other people as PDF, TIFF, MTIFF or JPEG. (Canon's colour file
compression will stop network jams).

Access can be restricted through authorised user passwords and
documents are safely stored until you can print them confidentially.

The 2620 is 'print ready' and configured for all network topologies.
Setting up and workload management is simple using canon's Network
Utility software. The intuitive user interface reduces complex

from their desktops with the Remote User interface.
